I spend most of my time trying to avoid clad coins i generally try to find locations where people lived or congregated prior to the 1930s.In my area there are many farms that have old homesteads that are gone. Most of these places seam to have been abandoned sometime around the great depression. This week i found and searched an old home sight in open cornfield and turned up 1832 large cent.my first flying eagle cent,1858,and 5 indian head cents. The best one being a gorgeous 1867 worth around $180,and not a single clad coin.
